Our session for "Dear John " went  flawlessly.  The studio was up and ready to go when we walked in.  As always the atmosphere was relaxed and focused. Thanks, Jim!

 Jim has this cool new vocal booth. Worked out great for us when we recorded vocal and guitar for "Dear John (Lennon)."  Gave us the isolation we needed to record live.  We're looking forward to more projects with Jim in the future.

We loved working with Jim and Erin at Loontick Studios!  Jim created a professional, comfortable environment to record in and his tracking is clean and spot-on.  We took our Loontick tracks to Nashville for digital transfer then on to our mixing and mastering engineer in Florida, then on to the replicating house. The tracks were solid, held up beautifully through the entire process. Jeanette Brown and Isabel Karon of Iznette Productions have used the expertise of Jim Burt  and his Loontick Studio for both the 2006 centennial dinner theater, Radio KLVL-Longville Through the Decades, and the 2007 dinner show, Cabin Fever, The Musical.  Jim made their practice CDs and the master CDs as well. He also ran the sound equipment for their centennial show.  - Jeanette and Isabel, Longville, MN

Making our  first CD with Jim and Erin at the Loontick Studio was a very enjoyable experience for us.  The recording was made as a gift to our children and the music we chose has special meaning to them.  Making the CD  was one of the "funnest" things that we have done with music,  and we hope to do more in the future.
